14-Day Full Refund

Complete refund available within 14 days of purchase for any course or program, provided less than 25% of content has been accessed.

30-Day Partial Refund

75% refund available within 30 days if you've completed less than 50% of the program content and can demonstrate a valid reason for discontinuation.

60-Day Exceptional Cases

Medical emergencies or documented hardship situations may qualify for special consideration beyond standard timeframes, reviewed case-by-case.

We've streamlined our refund process to make it as straightforward as possible. Here's exactly what happens when you request a refund:

Initial Review Process

Our team reviews your request within 2-3 business days, checking eligibility criteria and course completion status. You'll receive an acknowledgment email with a reference number.

Decision Notification

Within 5-7 business days, we'll notify you of the decision via email. If approved, we'll outline the refund amount and expected processing timeline.

Payment Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10-14 business days. The refund appears on your original payment method, though bank processing times may add 3-5 additional business days.

Important Considerations

Refunds for courses purchased with promotional discounts or bundle deals will be calculated based on the promotional price paid, not the original course value. Digital certificates and completion credentials must be returned or invalidated as part of the refund process. Course access is immediately revoked upon refund approval.

Payment Methods & Processing Times

The timeline for receiving your refund depends largely on your original payment method. Credit card refunds typically process fastest, while bank transfers and PayPal payments may take additional time due to their internal processing requirements.

For credit card payments, expect 5-10 business days after our processing is complete. Bank transfers can take 7-14 business days, while PayPal refunds usually appear within 3-7 business days. If you used multiple payment methods for a single purchase, we'll refund proportionally to each method used.

International payments may experience longer processing times due to currency conversion and international banking procedures. We recommend contacting your financial institution if a refund hasn't appeared within the expected timeframe, as some banks hold refunds for additional verification.
